Question 1: What is the fee for a therapy session?
We are a sliding scale agency. Our fee for a 50 minute therapy session is $175, but our clinicians will slide down to a fee that is affordable to the client. The sliding scale fee is determined by clients income and number of dependents. Specific fees will be discussed and agreed upon between the individual client and clinician prior to the first visit.
Question 2: What languages do your clinicians speak?
Our clinicians are trained to serve a multicultural client population; specifically refugee and immigrant populations. We have a multilingual staff that is able to provide therapy in a variety of languages, including:

Question 3: Do you accept private insurance, Medi-Cal or Medicare?
We accept:
LA Care MediCAL (Beacon Health)
Medicare
Victims of Crime
CIGNA
For those who have a private PPO, we are happy to provide you with an invoice for you to submit to your insurance provider and they will directly reimburse you a portion of the fee. You can also speak to us about what your current co-pay for mental health services are and we may be able to match the fee to your co-pay amount.
Question 4: Are your Clinician’s licensed or are they students?
We have licensed clinicians on staff. We do not employ any students. Most of our sliding scale clinicians are MFT and MSW interns. This means that they have graduated with their Masters degree and are currently collecting hours towards licensure while being supervised by a Licensed clinician. We take great pride in the extensive trainings and supervision that our clinicians participate in and we go the extra mile to ensure that our clinicians are very professional with high level clinical skills and expertise.
Question 5: What are your hours?
We are generally open 7am-7pm, 7 days per week. We do not accept walk-in clients. Please book sessions in advance with your clinician. You may also call or email us to discuss your specific needs and we can help you select a clinician who is best suited to work with you.
